If you have sold a full management system with an additional 2 user licence then you will need to purchase 3 End User Registration fees (because they have the software installed on 3 PCs)

If you have sold a single management system with no additional user licence then you will need to purchase just 1 End User Registration fee.

If you have sold a management system with a single branch licence you will purchase 1 End User Registration fee.

If your have sold a single user licence and the End User wants to now network the system, you will need to purchase an additional single licence (this will have a separate activation key from the original purchased licence) or if they require 2 or more, then select the LAN option. Please note that if you purchase a 2 or more LAN licence these will have the same Activation Key and are valid for the number of activations purchased. You must not purchase a multiple licence and use for different businesses.

Website solution example

When your end user purchases a web solution (website) there is a setup fee that needs to be paid by the end user and this should be included in your first year cost to the end user. As the Partner you will pay on behalf of your end user this set up fee here.

You will see on our website the set up fee is included only in the first year payment - it is not paid in the second or subsequent years in these years you collect and retain the total renewal amount.
